AC was not working on Wednesday, called Northwind. They sent out technician that afternoon. System unrepairable and scheduled replacement to begin the next day. Billy, the lead technician, and his two coworkers were very considerate, kind and worked non stop despite the unbearable heat in the attic. When they finished the install they cleaned and removed all debris in the attic, garbage and yard. We have been clients of Northwind for several years and will continue to be clients. Hometown small business at it's best!

The gentlemen were very considerate and professional. They removed the old system and had the new one installed and working in a timely manner. We are very impressed with the new system.

These guys were on it and knew exactly what they were doing. Up and going in an hour!

Excellent! Showed up on time, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, fixed it quick, and was very nice. Enough said! Update three years later: still 5 stars. Came out same day, fixed it in 10 min flat, charged a reasonable amount, guy was very polite 👌

Just wanted you know the system you installed is fantastic, the best one I ever had. You set it & it cools quickly right to the setting which is usually 73. Anyway you all did a great job. Electrically it is much more efficient too! Thanks !!!

Extremely impressed with this company. We had our furnace go out during the recent cold spell and were having difficulty finding anyone who could come and look at it. Northwind worked us in the same day and was able to get our house heating very quickly. I was impressed with the expertise of everyone we interacted with, from the person answering the phone to the technician who visited our home, and we greatly appreciated their explanations of what went wrong to help us prevent issues in the future. Great company with a very affordable price!

They just replaced our ten year old hvac system with a new system and the upgrade and installation process was awesome. Fast and smooth. They clearly communicated and worked hard to get everything done in one day. They showed up early and worked until the job was done. The value of product and the quality of the install was amazing. They also installed our outdoor gas heaters and they are amazing!!

Woke up this morning with no heat! Within a couple of hours, Northwind Heating and Air was at my home diagnosing the issue. I will sleep well tonight in my warm house. This company is the best and I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. Best of all, they are local!!

Very professional experience

Good Standup guys. Had a A/C for a server room go completely offline. They came out and stood up a new system and work until everything was done. Have to say this because the weather outside was 18F with an unknown wind chill and in the snow, but they still showed up and work in these nasty condition to get the A/C back up and running. Great local family owned company.
